Inventory and Fulfilment Manager
ESK (Evidence Skincare) | Banksmeadow, Sydney | $110k to $130k + super

ESK (Evidence Skincare) is an Australian science-led skincare brand known for its clinically backed formulations and strong customer loyalty. The brand sells to customers in Australia, the United States and the United Kingdom, mainly through its own eCommerce channel, with a smaller wholesale channel supplying clinics.

The business runs its own fulfilment warehouse in Banksmeadow and works with 3PL partners in the US and UK. It ships around 1,000 orders a week across approximately 40 active SKUs. Cin7 sits at the centre of its operations, connected to Shopify, ShipStation and its 3PL platform.

Following a period of change, ESK has created this role to own the physical side of the business end-to-end. The Inventory and Fulfilment Manager reports directly to the Founder and CEO.

  • sourcing and ordering raw materials and packaging
  • placing purchase orders with the contract manufacturer
  • moving finished goods to the Sydney warehouse and international 3PLs
  • making sure customers receive their orders quickly and in good condition
Key responsibilities include:
  • owning Cin7 and keeping data in sync across Shopify, ShipStation and the 3PL platform

  • managing 3PL partners in the US and UK against agreed SLAs
  • tracking fulfilment performance, including OTIF, stockout days, inventory accuracy, mispicks and cost per order
  • building vendor scorecards and using performance data to negotiate MOQs, payment terms and lead times
  • writing SOPs and running a weekly cross-functional operations meeting
The first 90 days

The role comes with a clear 90-day plan:
  • Days 1 to 30: map the full product flow, validate inventory accuracy and build a weekly operations dashboard.
  • Days 31 to 60: take ownership of the ordering rhythm, clean up data flows between systems and put core SOPs in place.
  • Days 61 to 90: introduce vendor scorecards, a rolling procurement plan and a documented logistics playbook.

ESK is looking for someone with:
  • a background in operations, inventory, logistics or supply chain within an eCommerce or consumer products business
  • experience managing purchase orders, production planning, and raw material and packaging inventory
  • experience working with manufacturers, suppliers, freight forwarders and 3PL partners
