The business has over 700 stockists, national distribution through major pet speciality retailers, thousands of five-star reviews, a named vet credibility anchor, and eight years of product development behind the range. The online store is the largest single revenue stream. The next phase includes scaling paid social, supporting new brand launches, growing the cat business, and building toward international expansion.
Role
Bell & Bone is building capability across paid media, analytics, and AI-enabled decision making. This role owns paid media, SEO, Meta analytics support, daily P&L, tracking infrastructure, and team-wide AI capability.
The role combines technical execution and commercial interpretation in roughly equal measure. The Performance & Analytics Executive explains what the data means and what to do about it, connecting channel performance to commercial outcomes across the full funnel. It reports to the Head of Marketing and works closely with the Creative & Performance Strategist.

Key responsibilities
- Run Meta and TikTok paid social end to end across Bell & Bone, for dogs and cats, and the new brand: campaign creation, execution, optimisation, and reporting, with separate strategies for each brand and platform. This covers funnel structure across cold, warm, and convert, audience architecture, learning phase management, retargeting, and knowing when to scale or stop a campaign.
- Own the daily P&L, pulling performance across Google Ads, Meta, Klaviyo, and Shopify into a clear daily view, and feeding it to the Head of Marketing, Creative & Performance Strategist, and founder.
- Manage Google Ads each week alongside Claude across Search, Shopping, PMax, and Brand, on a six-figure annual budget, for dogs and cats.
- Lead SEO, including technical foundations, on-page strategy, and organic traffic growth, with AEO (AI-generated search visibility) a growing part of the scope.
- Set up and maintain tagging and tracking, including Google Tag Manager, GA4, and attribution across all channels.
- Build and maintain marketing dashboards that give the team clear visibility across paid media, organic, and email.
- Run the role's functions through Claude, and help the rest of the team use Claude well, staying across updates and new capabilities.
- Support the Creative & Performance Strategist and Head of Marketing with Meta performance analysis, including CPA, ROAS, CTR, watch time, engagement, and creative fatigue, and what the data means for creative and channel decisions.
- Deliver weekly performance analysis with specific findings and recommended actions.
Must-have criteria
- Hands-on Meta paid social campaign management.
- TikTok paid strategy and campaign management.
- Campaign architecture, including ecosystem ads, learning phase management, funnel structure across cold, warm, and convert, retargeting audience building, and Video Views feeding conversion campaigns.
- Google Ads campaign management across Search, Shopping, and PMax.
- Google Analytics 4 setup, configuration, and event tracking.
- Google Tag Manager tagging architecture and tracking setup.
- Technical SEO, including crawlability, site structure, Core Web Vitals, and schema.
- Dashboard building in Looker Studio or equivalent.
