About the role
LEAD, AI CLIENT SOLUTIONS / SYDNEY OR MELBOURNE
This opportunity sits within a 1,300+ person global data and AI business with over two decades of analytics heritage and 13 international offices.
The AI vertical itself has grown from a team of one to approximately 40–50 specialists in under two years and is positioned as a core growth engine for the broader organisation. The team is currently delivering across major Australian enterprises including a leading national retailer, a Big Four bank, multiple top-tier law firms, mining operators and global recruitment businesses.
Work is shifting rapidly toward large-scale AI deployment, with the delivery component expected to represent roughly 50% of total workload within the next six months.

The Opportunity
You will own enterprise AI engagements from discovery through to production deployment.
This includes:
- Leading multi-stream AI programs valued in the mid to high six figures and beyond
- Running fortnightly sprint cadence with weekly client rhythm
- Managing cross-functional teams of consultants, hybrids and technical specialists
- Driving MVP builds often delivered within 3–4 weeks
- Scaling validated pilots into production with client IT teams
- Acting as the accountable delivery lead across engagements
