Senior, AI Client Solutions / Sydney or Melbourne
This role sits within a 1,300+ person global data and AI organisation with over 20 years of analytical heritage. The AI practice has grown to 40–50 people in under two years and continues to scale quickly as enterprise demand accelerates.
Current engagements span a leading Australian retailer, a Big Four bank, four major law firms, mining clients, energy retailers and global recruitment businesses. The team operates fully onshore and is increasingly focused on large-scale AI use case delivery.

The Opportunity
As a Senior, you will own defined workstreams within AI engagements.
You will:
- Structure complex business problems into executable plans
- Support sprint-based delivery cycles
- Contribute to MVP builds delivered in 3–4 week windows
- Present insights and progress to clients
- Oversee junior contributors
- Support Leads in maintaining delivery momentum

What We’re Looking For
You will likely bring:
- Experience in consulting, AI, data or digital delivery
- Strong analytical and structured thinking ability
- Genuine engagement with AI and its commercial application
- Ability to work across business and technical stakeholders
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, evolving environments
